Girls will go through many different physical, emtional and social changes in puberty. Girls start puberty between the ages of 9-14, usually before boys. Some of which can make you excited, nervous or dissapointed. However, you should know that by going through these changes you are becoming and independant woman ready to start a different and intersting life. The physical changes you will notice the most because you are unaware of emotional and social changes due to thinking that you were always like that. Which is normal !
You may feel embarrased at first but you will soon realise all your friends are in the same situation. It is normal to go through puberty, you shouldn't assume something is wrong. Just take a deep breath and think to your self -
