FOR KIDS, BY KIDS
We want other kids to be able to understand all about what is
happening to there body and mind when it comes to puberty, and we find that
puberty can often be explained in confusing terms that really just sound like a
bunch of nonsense. We can't all be super scientists. So we want this site to
be as simple and easy to refer to as we can so we can don't all have
to be floating up in space when it comes to puberty. We want to bring
you right back down to earth.

PUBERTY
Puberty is a time for both girls and boys where you go from childhood to adolescence then finally to adulthood. You make physical, emotional and social changes to accommodate your body and new life. But don't start freaking out now, just stay calm and relax. Everybody will go through these changes so be excited, your new life is awaiting!
This website should tell you all you need to know when going through some of the changes.

ADOLESCENCE
Adolescence is not puberty. Adolescence is only the time of which it occurs. It is a period of growth where boys and girls change and mature to become young men and women. You develop from a child to and adult.
